I always use eyelid primer, that way it doesn’t smear or fade a few hours later.  Next a cream eyeliner & thin brush to line the lashline (you could substitute the cream for a sharpened pencil if you have one of those instead).  Create the wing by extending the line outwards using bottom waterline as a guide.  Kind of difficult to explain but going to link the tutorial I used when I taught myself :)  Use the same brush to set and darken the cream liner with a matching matte eyeshadow.  I will typically go over the line a final time with a liquid liner pen to make it super black, but that’s just a personal preference.  Have fun & let me know how it works out for you :)
